Souliere & Zepka Construction was founded in 1981. Led by Michael Zepka for 38 years, ownership was transferred to his two children, Amanda Zepka and Seth Zepka, in 2019. Having grown up in and around the industry, Amanda and Seth both held a desire to continue the legacy their father built.

Amanda Zepka, as President and Treasurer of the company, oversees project management, estimating of new work, field and office staff, accounting and human resources. She received her Masters in Business with a minor in Finance from UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management.

Seth Zepka, as Vice President, coordinates field operations and is a working Supervisor, overseeing all levels of construction activities on a variety of projects. He has his Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License as well as a variety of licenses in hoisting and equipment operations.

Given their experience and knowledge, Amanda and Seth continue to move the company forward, adapting to the ever-changing construction industry, while holding on to the values and commitment their father instilled in them.
